US TEMP CHEF – Estate (Texas)

POSITION: Need a US TEMP CHEF for a private ranch in Texas. Chef (and sous chef) will need to fly out a few days prior to the owner arriving to provision and prep. 10 Guests arrive November 24th to November 30th. A traditional Thanksgiving will need to be prepared on Nov 27th. Owner will need 6 dinners (3 courses), 2 lunches and breakfast items available. There is a commercial kitchen to cook in, then meals are served in the main house. If you are available and interested, additional information will be provided!
ITINERARY: Curville, TX
DURATION: Temporary
REQUIREMENTS: US Passport/Green Card, STCW, ENG1, non smoker or vaper, healthy and a clean background check. Tattoos may be acceptable, please advise if you have any visible tattoos.
START DATE/LOCATION: November 21st to Dec 1st-Curville, TX
