DECKHAND WITH ELITE WATERSPORTS

POSITION: Need a DECKHAND WITH ELITE WATERSPORTS for a private, foreign flag program within a fleet. Must have High level of watersports experience (kitesurfing, surfing, foiling, scuba). Ideally, they should be able to instruct/coach others. Note: Scuba is less desirable but would be considered if proficient at other watersports. Must be Active and team-oriented, possessing a positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and take direction, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Incredible program with an extensive background check!
ITINERARY: Miami/South Florida, with the possibility to support other vessels worldwide.
DURATION: Permanent, 3/1 Rotation.
REQUIREMENTS: Yachtmaster, PBL2, AEC1, US Passport/Green Card, B1/B2 in hand, STCW, ENG1, non smoker, healthy and a clean background check. Tattoos may be acceptable, please advise if you have any visible tattoos.
START DATE/LOCATION: April 2026-South Florida.
