POSITION: Need a CAPTAIN TEAM for a 28M, private/charter, foreign flag vessel. Captain needs a 200T license and IPS pod drive experience. Looking for a captain with experience in the Bahamas, South Florida and likes fishing. Vessel will run with 2 crew as a day boat for local owners with young kids. When the vessel charters, additional crew will join. Vessel is new and will launch in Italy in November and be shipped to South Florida. Ideal team will be partnered with a Stew/Mate. Looking for an energetic couple!

ITINERARY: WPB/Bahamas
DURATION: Permanent
REQUIREMENTS: US Passport/Green Card, B1/B2 in hand, STCW, ENG1, non smoker, healthy and a clean background check. Tattoos may be acceptable, please advise if you have any visible tattoos.
START DATE/LOCATION: October 2026-Italy
SALARY: $8500/month
