POSITION: Need a SEASONAL US CHEF for a 27M, US flag vessel. There is also a 64′ Viking in the fleet making the trip as well. Looking for the chef to work May 10/11 and then start May 28 in Miami. The boat will be in the Exumas till June 9th, then head to FLL to fuel and provision. The boss will be on for the trip north to Boston. Picking up guests June 23-August 1st. Breakfast and Lunch can be a buffet. Dinner is sit down and multi course. Preference is a strong chef willing to lend a hand on the interior. Fleet runs with 5 crew total and they love to fish!
ITINERARY: Miami/Exumas/FLL/New England/Miami
DURATION: Seasonal
REQUIREMENTS: US Passport/Green Card,, STCW, ENG1, non smoker, healthy and a clean background check. Tattoos may be acceptable, please advise if you have any visible tattoos.
START DATE/LOCATION: May 10, 2024- Coral Gables
