TEAM POSITION: Need a US CHEF/STEW TEAM fo 29M private/charter, US flag program. Average of 16 charters per year with 6-8 weeks of boss use – this is a busy program! Large galley for chef. Culinary background and previous yacht experience is preferred. Large galley! Meals for guests are plated so timing skills are important. Must be able to prepare for 4 total crew and up to 6 guests. Stew is solo on interior. Captain runs program as a team effort – help is given wherever needed by any position. Young crew on board and great benefits!
ITINERARY: Summer – Newport/Northeast , Winter – Caribbean
DURATION: Permanent
REQUIREMENTS: US Passport/Green Card, STCW, ENG1, non smoker, healthy and a clean background check. Tattoos may be acceptable, please advise if you have any visible tattoos.
