POSITION: Need a US CHIEF STEW for a new private 80M, US flag explorer yacht. Must be able to: Lead and manage the interior department, overseeing a team of 5 stews and 1 laundry master. Actively run service during guest trips, maintaining high standards while matching the owner’s casual American style. Mentor, train, and develop junior crew, fostering a positive and professional team culture. Maintain and uphold existing SOPs, refining and elevating standards without unnecessary reinvention. Work closely and collaboratively with the Purser, ensuring smooth day to day operations.Take full ownership of the interior department, leading calmly, confidently, and decisively. Ensure exceptional guest experience across service, housekeeping, and laundry while consistently meeting crew-area standards and operational demands. Needs to have: Chief Stewardess experience on 60m+ yachts, Proven HOD experience managing teams of 4 or more, and Strong service background with confidence leading guest-facing operations. Fantastic crew longevity and very nice owners!
ITINERARY: Spring-FL/Bahamas/Savannah, Summer-NW Passage
DURATION: Permanent
REQUIREMENTS: US Passport/Green Card, STCW, ENG1, non smoker or vaper, healthy and a clean background check. Tattoos may be acceptable, please advise if you have any visible tattoos.
START DATE/LOCATION: ASAP-West Palm Beach, FL.
