US SEASONAL CHEF – BRIDGHAMPTON, NY

POSITION: Need a US SEASONAL CHEF for a private estate in Bridgehampton, NY. Weekends: 3 meals, 8-16 guests | Mon-Wed: 1-2 guests, very casual during the week. The Mrs may ask for a light lunch and dinner. This allows more time to plan, shop and prep. Chef is responsible for staff meals, even on her day off – she should prepare something easy for the Mrs and staff to have for the day. Some events may require elevated 3-4 course meals, but most meals are family style. There are 7-8 staff members. There are few allergies: gluten, tree nuts and sesame. Housing is provided in the staff quarters on the property.

REQUIREMENTS: US Passport/Green Card, non smoker, healthy and a clean background check. Tattoos may be acceptable, please advise if you have any visible tattoos.
