POSITION: Need a US SPORTFISH CAPTAIN/PROPERTY MANAGER for a private 48′ Spencer, US flag vessel. Looking for someone who can run the boat and work at the property. Vessel is docked behind the owner’s house in Delray Beach, FL. Current captain/manager has been with the owner 18 year and is looking for the next person to train under him and eventually take over. Owner fishes from South Florida and Bahamas. Nice owners!
ITINERARY: Summer/Winter-Delray Beach/Bahamas
DURATION: Permanent
REQUIREMENTS: US Passport/Green Card, STCW, ENG1, non smoker or vaper, healthy and a clean background check. Tattoos may be acceptable, please advise if you have any visible tattoos.
START DATE/LOCATION: July 2025-West Palm Beach, FL
SALARY: DOE
