POSITION: Need a CHEF for a new build 74M, private, Cayman Flag vessel. Must have experience with running and maintaining a galley on 50M+ plus. Chef will work closely with the chief stew on preferences, ordering, etc. Food and products will be run through an inventory scanning system, this would require that you are detail oriented. The owners personal chef comes on when he is on and at that time chef will serve as sous/crew chef. When other guests are on, chef will be solo. This is not the boat if you are looking to party, leave within a year or have a Schengen visa. Great owners with proven longevity of department heads. Boat interviews within the next two weeks!
ITINERARY: Summer-New England, Winter-Florida/Bahamas
REQUIREMENTS: US Passport/Green Card or B1B2, STCW, ENG1, non smoker, healthy and a clean background check. Tattoos may be acceptable, please advise if you have any visible tattoos.
