VEGAN CHEF – ESTATE

Chef needs to be professional, culinary trained, well versed in vegan and gluten free cooking. Schedule is 5 days a week Tuesday to Saturday from around 10:30am-8:30pm. No breakfast, lunch and dinner service with one to two courses. Couple does entertain once a week for about 6 people. Some guests will eat fish or meat. Must provide a weekly menu but be able to be flexible if they are craving something. Weekly meetings with Mrs to review the menu. Lunch and dinner is provided for the two other staff members.
