Candidates must be confident in both interior/exterior, this is a true 50/50 position. In the summer, the owners’ children (10/12) are on board. The deck/stew will work hand in hand with them doing crafts, making mocktails etc. The program runs with 6 crew members. Looking for someone who is a team player with a calm personality. Candidates must be highly detail-oriented when provisioning and food preparation, as there is a severe tree nut allergy onboard. Strict adherence to allergy protocols is essential, and no products posing a risk of cross-contamination may be brought aboard. The program runs with 6 crew members. US HOUSE MANAGER – Bridgehampton, NY

POSITION: Need a US HOUSE MANAGER for a private estate in Bridgehampton, NY. Looking for someone who is professional, hardworking and detail-oriented. The primary duties include service, flower arrangements, supervising internal vendors, supporting the principal’s preferences for household functionality, overseeing an interiors team, coordinating cleaning schedules, managing all household inventories (linens, cleaning products and equipment), managing household items and preparing the interior home to ensure continuity of services and a consistent experience for the principals and their guests. Role will oversee three to five people. Position can be seasonal Mid June to Mid October with the possibility to extending into year round. Housing is provided on the property. The property is currently finishing 3 years of renovations and this is the first summer the house will be in operation. This job reports to the Estate Manager.

CAPTAIN 45ft Center Console

POSITION: Need a CAPTAIN for 45ft center console, US flag program. Vessel will be based in Bakers Bay and used when the owner flies in with his family. Captain needs to know how to facilitate fun fishing, the sandbar and snorkel spots and sunset cruising near Bakers Bay. Family comes in a week at a time, and the captain will fly over ahead of time to prepare everything. When in Florida, the captain will also be needed to help with some properties. Young family with a four-year-old daughter, very nice!
